Apart from post offices I never really understood the need of QR codes, but I have to admit they look cool! 
If you don’t know what is a qr code what are you waiting for… look it up on wikipedia!!
To lazy? I’ll give you an example:

So the big news is you can now use google chart apis to generate your own without any effort just by typing this in your address bar:
